The primary objective is to address the uncertainties and ambiguities in determining evaluation criteria and weights, thereby facilitating accurate decision-making when faced with multiple criteria and alternatives. Conducted within a software development company in Bandung, Indonesia, the study involved evaluating ten potential candidates for the software developer position. The methodology employed F-AHP to assess the importance of each criterion through pairwise comparisons, and F-TOPSIS to rank the candidates based on these criteria weights. The results revealed that Candidate CK-7 exhibited the highest closeness coefficient (CC<sub>i</sub>), making them the top candidate, while CK-4 ranked the lowest. This integrated approach provided a systematic and transparent framework for decision-making, demonstrating its effectiveness in optimizing recruitment processes. Because he role of ICT in supporting work processes and services in achieving the vision and mission of the Regional Government of West Java Province is very important, it is necessary to evaluate the use and implementation of ICT solutions for continuous improvement in all Regional Apparatus. In the department spatial planning and development, e-government maturity measurements are carried out in 4 domains (application, infrastructure, information security and IT governance and) by adopting a descriptive research method using questionnaire data with a scale of 5 likers. The results showed the evaluation of the maturity of the SPBE in department spatial planning and development obtained a “Very Poor” category with a total index value of 0.61. This study utilizes data mining techniques, specifically K-Means Clustering and the Elbow Method, to reveal consumer preferences within a dataset of 1,000 fashion product sales records, which include attributes such as product ID, name, brand, category, price, rating, color, and size. By grouping data into distinct clusters based on price and rating preferences, the analysis uncovers four key consumer segments. The optimal number of clusters is confirmed using the WCSS (Within-Cluster Sum of Square) method. These insights offer valuable guidance for refining marketing strategies in the fashion industry. Utilizing natural gas as a feedstock and employing carbon capture and storage technology using activated metildietanolamin with piperazine (MDEA-PZ), the process is designed to produce methanol with a low carbon footprint. The process design and simulation were carried out using Aspen HYSYS, focusing on mass and energy balances across pre-treatment, syngas formation, methanol synthesis, purification and carbon capture stages. The pilot-scale plant with a capacity of 100,000 tons per year located in the Special Economic Zone (KEK) Arun, Aceh, demonstrating promising results with an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 11.73%, a Net Present Value (NPV) of USD 166.63 and levelized cost of methanol (LCOM) of 611.61 $/ton MeOH. Taufiq mtaufiq39@gmail.com <p>Oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) has great potential in agricultural development with increasing global market demand. This research develops an intelligent cultivation system based on Mamdani fuzzy and IoT to control air temperature, air humidity, and soil moisture automatically and in real-time, using DHT22 sensor, resistive soil moisture sensor, and ESP32 as microcontroller. The test results show a high level of accuracy, with an average sensor error of 1% for air temperature, 3.8% for air humidity, and 9.3% for soil moisture. The validation of watering, humidification, and fan prediction times compared to MATLAB calculations is excellent, with MAPE values of 1.52%, 1.43%, and 1.43%, respectively. This system offers a more accurate and responsive automated solution compared to conventional cultivation management. Further testing on actual oyster mushroom farms is required to determine whether the system can adapt to varying environmental conditions. Despite the necessity for fast repair, there has been a lack of an appropriate platform for public reporting, making road inspections inefficient and error prone. This study makes two significant contributions: (1) the creation of a comprehensive dataset documenting road damage in Lampung, using samples collected in Pesawaran Regency, and (2) the development of an automated road damage identification and reporting system based on the YOLOv7 object detection model. The technology detects damage types such as alligator cracking, corrugation, depression, and potholes and provides real-time geolocation to improve reporting accuracy. Furthermore, it allows the public to report road damage. The model was trained on 1,200 pictures over 100 epochs, yielding a mean average precision (mAP) of 0.6. System performance was evaluated using precision and recall metrics, and compatibility testing confirmed that the system works reliably across various devices and browsers. This research enhances road maintenance by making inspections faster and more precise, while also promoting greater public involvement. Service life is the strength of road pavement in standing the repetition of permit loads before experiencing failure, by knowing that the service life can be directly used to determine the right time for runway maintenance. The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the life of runway services. The method used in this research is the FAA method with the help of FAARFIELD software, this software calculates the service life based on the CDF value of each aircraft. The data used is secondary data in the form of aircraft type data, CBR ground, and existing pavement data. From the results of the research, it is known that the COVID-19 pandemic has a positive impact on the life of runway service by increasing the life of runway service by 4 years, where in the condition of covid-19 conditions it has a CDF value of 0.20 with a service life of 19 years and in normal conditions the CDF value is 0.22 with a service life of 15 years.
