Author Guidelines
The length of the submitted manuscript should be between 3000–4000 words (including tables, figures, and references).
The manuscript must not have been published elsewhere.
All manuscripts will be checked to avoid plagiarism.
The manuscript should be organized into the following components:
Title: Centered, Bold, Times New Roman font size 14, maximum 14 words. The first letter of each word should be capitalized.
Author’s Name(s): Typed below the title using Times New Roman, font size 10, without academic degrees and without abbreviation. Below the author’s name(s), the field of expertise/department, institution name, and e-mail address must be written, Times New Roman, font size 10.
Abstract: The abstract is a concise and clear summary of the paper, written in 100–250 words. It should be formatted as a justified paragraph. Foreign terms must be written in italic. The abstract must be informative, explaining the problem addressed and the solution provided.
Keywords: At least 5 keywords that are relevant and represent the content of the community service activity. Keywords should be separated by a semicolon.
Introduction: Typed in capital letters [Times New Roman, font size 12, Bold]. The manuscript should be prepared in Microsoft Word, single-spaced, Times New Roman, font size 10, and range between 6–12 pages. The introduction must be written without subheadings and should include background information and the objectives of the community service activity. Any foreign terms must be written in italic. The introduction should outline the problems addressed in the activity. At the end of the introduction, clearly state the objectives of the community service being carried out.
Methods: Describe the research approach used, object, variables or focus of research, research location, population and sample/informants, instruments, data collection techniques, and data analysis techniques. The sequence of the method description should follow the type of research [Times New Roman, font size 10, normal].
Results and Discussion: Present the research findings honestly and clearly. The results should be representative and directed toward the discussion, including tables, graphs, and diagrams with adequate explanations for clarity. Results should be presented according to the methods. The discussion must be separated from the results and should not repeat them. The discussion explains the phenomena derived from the findings, connecting them to relevant references. It should answer the following: what is the meaning of the research, do the findings support, refine, or contradict previous studies? If contradictory, authors must convincingly argue why their findings are stronger [Times New Roman, font size 10, normal].
Conclusion and Recommendation for Future Work: Provide a summary of the research problem, objectives, and solutions offered. The conclusion should highlight the contribution of the study to the field. Recommendations should include what future researchers can do to improve or extend the study. Avoid repeating the results or abstract, and avoid flat, descriptive sentences [Times New Roman, font size 10, normal].
Acknowledgments: Mention those who directly supported your research, such as funding agencies (non-personal institutions), colleagues (not listed as co-authors), proofreaders, and reviewers who provided constructive feedback. Do not list names already included as authors.
References: References must be written using a reference manager (e.g., Mendeley, Zotero) in IEEE style, Times New Roman font size 10. Expect a minimum of 25 references, primarily with a minimum of 85% from reputable journal papers with their DOI or The manuscript should be checked and edited by an English Language Editor (Proofreader).
